How can I best take care of my backpack?
You can waterproof your backpack as soon as you receive it, and the vegan tech material can be well maintained with leather care products to keep it supple for many years.
Please make sure that the waterproofing spray you purchase is suitable for TEX materials and follow the recommended distance during application.
Note: The warranty does not cover any damage caused by impregnation! It is therefore best to test the spray beforehand on a less visible area of the product.
Stubborn stains on the vegan tech material can best be removed with a bit of lukewarm water and mild soap, or with a cleaning eraser, which you can find, for example, at a drugstore. Stains on the fabric can also be effectively cleaned with a mild shampoo.
Be careful not to machine wash your backpack or use chemical products.

How can I change the puller of my backpack?
In the following video, we will show you how you can change the puller on your backpack at home.
To do this, you'll need a pair of small pliers, a soft, thin cloth (such as an eyeglass cloth) and the new puller.
How can I replace the buckle of my backpack ?
Whether it is the chest buckle, the shoulder strap buckle or the closing buckle, these spare parts can also be easily replaced with the help of a professional. Simply cut the belt seam, remove and replace the buckle, then sew the seam back on. If you're not sure about this procedure, you can visit your local tailor and have the buckle replaced by a professional for a small fee.
How do I replace the button on my backpack?
Attaching a new button to your backpack is usually very easy. You can either fix it yourself using special button pliers or take your backpack to a trusted tailor.
If you want to try the procedure yourself, take a good look at where the old button was attached. If it is too frayed, the new button may not fit, and you may have to find a new place to fix it on.
