Most frequently asked questions

How do I replace the puller on my jacket?

If the cord on the metal zip of your jacket tears, contact us via our Help Chat on the bottom right. We'll be happy to send you a new cord that you can easily thread through the eyelet of your metal zip.

A seam on my jacket has come undone

Our jackets are made to accompany and keep you warm in your daily life — whether you're simply heading to work or out hiking in nature. Over time, everyday use may leave small marks, despite the material’s durability. A small hole or a loose thread at the seam can, however, be quickly repaired.

With just a few minutes of your time, a thread in the same colour as the jacket, and a needle, you can of course take care of the mending yourself with a bit of patience. But if that seems too tricky, don't hesitate to visit a local tailor. For a professional, it won't be a problem and should be fixed in no time.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us through our Helpchat and send us pictures of your jacket.

How can I best clean my fleece jacket?

Our fleece jackets can be washed on a normal cycle at 30°C or by hand. They cannot be tumble-dried and must not be ironed.

Of course, you can wash your fleece jacket once before wearing it for the first time, but this is not required.

How can I best clean my rain jacket?

We don't recommend machine-washing jackets, as the shape can be altered over time. A simple wipe is usually enough to remove the dirt. If you consider washing the jacket to be imperative, first turn it inside out, zip it up and select the delicate wash cycle. Do not iron or tumble dry the jacket.

Please note: To protect the material, our rain jackets are supplied with white paper for protection. The paper may leave traces of white dust on the jacket. However, these ‘stains’ are easily removed with a soft, damp cloth and do not constitute a defect in the material.

How waterproof is my 3-in-1 jacket?

Our 2-in-1 jackets are waterproof to 10000 millimetres.

Should I waterproof my rain jacket or renew the protection?

The jacket already has a so-called rubber layer that makes it waterproof and prevents it from becoming soaked. Our jackets are made entirely of PU, so they are very easy to maintain and wipe clean.
