To process your request, we will need your order number or a picture of the proof of purchase, a picture of the issue encountered, an exact designation of the product as well as your current your shipping address.
If the requested spare part is available for shipment, we will immediately send it to the address you provided. You will also receive a separate confirmation by email once it has been shipped.

To change the battery in your watch, you can either visit one of our Kapten shops or a jeweller or watchmaker in your area. Please note that if your watch is damaged by the intervention of a third party, the guarantee no longer applies.
If you are within the 24-month guarantee period and there are costs involved in replacing the battery, we will cover them (up to a maximum value of €40).
