Can I also use my newsletter code in the store?
Yes! Your newsletter code can also be redeemed in the store. Sign up now for the Kapten & Son newsletter and get your exclusive discount code.
Can I also exchange my online order in store?
No. For a smooth returns process, your package must be sent back to our warehouse by post. Use the Kapten & Son returns portal to do this. Please note that for sustainability reasons we charge a fee of €4.50 for returns. Products purchased in store can also only be exchanged in store.
Can I be fitted for a new pair of glasses with my eye test?
You are welcome to come by with eye test results or a prescription. If you do not know your eye prescription, we will be happy to carry out a free eye test on site. To avoid waiting times, you should make an appointment in advance. Together we will find the perfect glasses for you!
