Can I also exchange my online order in store?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
For a smooth return process, the parcel must be sent back to our warehouse by post. Please use the Kapten & Son returns portal for this. Please note that, for sustainability reasons, we charge a fee of £4.50 for returns. Products purchased in store can also only be exchanged in store.
How does the in-store glasses donation work?
Bring your glasses – any type, in any condition.
Drop them into the green box.
We’ll take care of the rest.
Your glasses get a second life. Someone gains new eyesight. You do something good – effortlessly.
