Kan ik mijn online bestelling omruilen in de winkel?

Helaas is dat niet mogelijk.

Voor een correcte afhandeling van je retour moet het pakket per post worden teruggestuurd naar ons magazijn. Gebruik hiervoor het Kapten & Son retourportaal. Houd er rekening mee dat wij om duurzaamheidsredenen een vergoeding van €4,50 in rekening brengen voor retouren. Producten die in de winkel zijn gekocht, kunnen ook alleen in de winkel worden omgeruild.

How does the in-store glasses donation work?

  1. Breng je bril(len) mee – elk type, in elke staat.

  2. Gooi ze in de groene doos.

  3. Wij doen de rest.


Jouw bril krijgt een tweede leven. Iemand krijgt nieuw zicht. Jij doet iets goeds – heel eenvoudig.
