Gym Backpack or Sports Bag?
A sports bag may offer more storage space than a backpack, but a backpack is much better for your back, as the weight is distributed evenly. Therefore, we recommend a sports backpack—after all, you don’t want to put extra strain on your back after intense lat pull-down exercises.
If you still prefer the advantages of a bag, we recommend our Kapten & Son Lisbon Duffle Backpack. This gym backpack is a combination of a backpack and a bag. You have extra storage space and can comfortably transport your gear on your back.

Our Product Development Team is continuously working to develop an even better and more practical backpack. Since 2023, we have used water-repellent ripstop for our backpacks. This material is durable and easy to clean. We want to ensure that you are happy with your backpack and that it supports you optimally and for as long as possible during training. If individual parts of the backpack, such as the zipper, wear out, you can order most replacement parts from us free of charge.
