Purpose of Data Collection
This data is collected solely to improve our products, services, and customer experience. All data is analysed internally and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on your voluntary consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Participation is entirely voluntary and has no effect on your customer relationship with us. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, without it we cannot consider you for the product tester programme.

This survey is technically operated by SurveyMonkey (Momentive Europe UC, 2 Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). SurveyMonkey processes your data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR under a Data Processing Agreement. Data may be transferred to the USA, safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) issued by the European Commission, supplemented by technical measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest. Retention Period
Your data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months after the survey is completed and will then be deleted or fully anonymised.
